Former London and South Western Railway Class “T9” 4-4-0 No. 727 enters Warminster Station with a Bristol to Salisbury train.  Meanwhile a Great Western 63XX 2-6-0 awaits departure with a train for Westbury and Bristol. The Southern Railway operated a number of trains from Portsmouth to Bristol over this Great Western route during the 1930’s.
